Employment verification for current and former team members

HEXIMS IT LLP provides employment verification for all legitimate hiring organizations and background screening agencies. Please follow the process below.

All fields marked with * are required.

By submitting this request, you confirm that you have obtained the employee's consent for this verification, or are a legitimate hiring organization making an authorized inquiry.

What we disclose

  • Employment dates (start and end)
  • Designation(s) held during tenure
  • Employment type (full-time, contract, etc.)
  • Eligibility for rehire (yes/no)

We do not disclose salary details, performance ratings, or reasons for separation without explicit employee consent.

Processing time

Most requests are processed within 3-5 business days. For urgent matters, email with "Urgent" in the subject line.
